1. Is there any custom guidelines?
Custom wigs are done on a list basis. Please email to discuss custom wigs. A deposit is required at the time of the order. The balance will be due once the wig is finalized before shipping or picking up. If the list is full, you will have the option to be placed on the waiting list.
2. Can I color my Wigs, Frontals etc.?
Yes, all hair collections can be colored. However, we strongly advise that you seek a professional colorist to obtain optimal results and prevent over processing.
3. How long does it take for shipping?
We ship via USPS priority mail within the continental USA and it usually takes 3-5 business days.
If expedited shipping is required please select the option for delivery overnight. Which usually arrives in 2-3 business days.
RETURNS
How do I return/exchange my order?
If you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied with the quality or there is a defect we will refund.
Contact us at murphy@mimihairboutique.com with your order number and the problem. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, and must be returned in unworn and in brand new condition. Return shipping is paid by you. Once we receive the item we'll look it over and refund your money promptly to the original method of payment.
