1. Do you have custom wig guidelines?
Yes! Custom wigs are created on a waitlist basis. To inquire, please email us directly.

  • A deposit is required when placing your order.

  • The remaining balance must be paid once your wig is completed, prior to shipping or pickup.

  • If our custom list is full, you may choose to be added to our waiting list.


2. Can I color my wig, frontal, or bundles?
Absolutely! All of our hair collections are 100% human hair and can be colored.
For best results and to prevent damage, we strongly recommend using a professional colorist.


3. What is the shipping timeframe?
We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail within the continental U.S.

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited shipping: Overnight delivery (usually 2–3 business days) — please select this option at checkout if needed.


Returns & Exchanges

What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your order arrives with a defect or you're not 100% satisfied with the quality, we're here to help.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at murphy@mimihairboutique.com, including your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to qualify for a return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
